Jeff's Bio

A serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of business growth experience, Jeff Lurie is well-versed in what it takes to grow your real estate brokerage. Jeff owns a 1st Class Real Estate franchise in Virginia and has facilitated the purchase and launch of 1st Class Real Estate franchises in 6 different states generating a cumulative sales volume of more than $192 million in 2023. The scalability of a 1st Class Real Estate franchise provides owners with the opportunity for multiple streams of active and passive income, nearly unlimited growth opportunities, and the pride of true ownership in business!

Buddy's Bio

In 2018 Buddy joined 1st Class Real Estate as the Client Care Leader and quickly transitioned to the Agent/Leader Trainer and was the lead person integrating Salesforce and kvCORE to the 1st Class Tech Stack. 1st Class Real Estate created a Vice President of Franchising position in April of 2020 and Buddy was asked to fill this role, which he did until February of 2023. He started his first 1st Class Real Estate location in October 2020 and a second in 2021. Buddy co-owns 3 1st Class Nationwide Territories as an Area Representative, MCM Title (a joint venture with Fortis Title), and does renovation projects “flips” with plans to build a rental portfolio. He’s coached Agents, Leaders and other Area Representatives with his abundance mindset and is always available to help those with questions. When he’s not immersed in real estate, Buddy and his wife Felicia enjoy hiking and backpacking and are often seen on the Appalachian Trail putting in miles.
